How many games of bingo are there?We usually play 3 games of bingo. Each game takes about 45 to 50 minutes and there is a 15 minute break in between each game. There is also usually a game of SUPER BINGO played alongside the normal games.

What prizes can I win?We offer fantastic prizes for the winners! We work with lots of luxury brands to pack our prize table full of Prizes luxury chocolates by Van Roy or Monty Bojangles... tins of shortbread from Shortbread House of Edinburgh, gourmet popcorn from Joe & Seph's, and Niederegger's fine marzipan gifts. We also offer alcholic prizes! The prize table offers a wide selection of bottles from Pickering's Gin, Twin Fin (rum), Connie Glaze Vodka, Taurqin's Gin and more! If chocolate or alcohol is is Or perhaps you prefer to accessorise!?! The prize table contains bags, purses, compacts and other accessories from Alice Wheeler London, as well as colourful bags from ROKA London and even options from Vivienne Westwood and other designer accessory brands! What age do you need to be to attend the show?Everyone can attend the show however players of bingo must be 18 years old or over.

What time should I arrive?You should be seated 15 minutes before the show start time to avoid missing the start of the bingo. Many of our shows are hosted by venues that serve great food and drink so you can always arrive earlier and grab a bite to eat before (or during) the show!

How long is the show?The show lasts between 3 to 3.5 hours (depending on the amount of tie breaks that occur during the show).

Is the show seated or standing?All MEGA Musical Bingo shows are sit down (at tables) events.

Does my ticket include a bingo book?Yes, your ticket for the show includes a pre-purchase of a bingo book (and loan of a pen) - everything you need to play!

Do I need to bring my own bingo dabber?No! We will provide you with a pen/dabber. However, if you want to bring your own dabber you are more than welcome to!

Do I need to know how to play bingo?No. Whether you are an experienced bingo player or a first-time player; MEGA musical bingo is easy to play. The host will explain how to play at the start of the show and guide you through the games!

Do I need to know the name of the songs (and artists) to play?No! Every song in the show is well-known and you probably do know it well... however you do not need to know the names of songs to play! After every song is performed, the name of the song (and the artist) is called out (just like numbers are called out during normal bingo) to ensure everyone knows what the song was and give them a chance to dab it off!

I didn't receive my ticket when I ordered! Where is it?Your tickets are automatically sent to you by email as soon as you place your order! If you didn't receive it, check your spam/junk folder as the email sometimes ends up there!

Please help, I've lost my ticket! What should I do?If you don't have your ticket(s), don't worry! We can check your name on the guest list at the show!

Do I need to print my ticket?No, there is no need to print you ticket. You can bring it along on your phone and we can scan you in from that!

Can I get a refund on my ticket?Unfortunately all tickets are non-refundable. However if you can't attend you are able to transfer your ticket to another person.

Tickets for the show I wanted to go to have sold out! What can I do?Our shows are very popular and many do sell out way in advance; so please do book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Sometimes sold out shows do have tickets becoming available. Therefore we do have a waiting list that you can add your details to... and we will contact you if tickets become available.

How much does it cost a venue to host a show?Very little! Many of the shows cost the venue nothing! On some occasions a small charge to cover expenses might be required (this is usually between £40 to £60).

What do we need to do before and during the event?During the event... do what you do best... serve food and drink! Everything else is handled by us. Before the event you will need to plan venue table layout (based on order information we provide you) to ensure every audience member has a seat.

Do people eat and drink during the show?Absolutely! The show is a sit-down event. Large proportions of the audience will eat before or during the show (usually the first game) and drink throughout! The venues that make the best revenues offer table service ordering to keep the food and drink orders flowing throughout the show!

Do you offer private events?Yes. We run private shows for companies all the time! The minimum amount of people we recommend for a private show is 60. Get in touch with us at hello [at] megamusicalbingo.com

What are the show timings?For an evening midweek show the timings are usually: People start turning up around 6pm. Show starts at 7pm. First break is c. 7:50pm. We then have a 10 to 15 minute break. Second game starts at c. 8:10pm Second break is c. 9pm. We then have another 10 to 15 minute break. The third and final game starts at c. 9:20pm. Show ends between 10pm and 10:15pm. A ⭐MEGA⭐ show is run at weekends... this usually takes about 15 minutes longer (so show ends between 10:15pm and 10:30pm.

Who provides the prizes?The show provides all the prizes! We have an amazing collection of prizes for winners to choose from that are presented on a table (c. 6ft) on the night. However the Lounge venue provides "token" supplementary prizes for each winner at their own discretion; to make the show feel even more special! The Lounge prizes are usually: 3 or 4 x free regular drink; 3 or 4 x free regular drink or cocktail; 3 or 4 x vouchers (c. £15 to £25 each)

What times should we open the kitchen?For an normal evening show we find most Lounges report back food ordering between 6pm and 8pm. After 8pm food ordering decreases significantly and some Lounges close the kitchen between 8pm and 8:30pm.

Who does the promotion for the event?Both us and you! However WE do most of the hard work making it easy for YOU! We will provide a bespoke promotional video that has been reviewed and approved by Community Management; as well as a printed (and electronic version) poster that was created by Lounges management! The approved video can go on socials and the posters can be put up around your Lounge! Here is an example of the approved poster! We will send you a number of high quality A3 glossy prints of this... We will also create a Facebook event page and CO-HOST with you... sharing the event with all your followers! This is confirmed as allowed by Community Management.

Will the audience eat during the event?Yes! We have helped Lounge venues break their BEST EVER FOOD AND DRINK SALES IN A DAY record! The show is incredibly social. Most of the audience are groups of ladies (95% of the audience is female) coming for a great time with friends and family! They eat and drink... sing and laugh and have fun! We are proud to say Lounges report high to exceptionally high food and drink sales when they host our show! Indeed we helped Tarko Lounge (Barnstaple) break their BEST EVER record for sales in a day on a Saturday in November 2024 when we ran the show.

Do we switch off advance bookings for the date of the show?Yes! Once we agree a date for the show; you will switch off online bookings. We will then sell tickets and pass the online order information to you well in advance of the show! This allows you and your team to plan the optimum seating/table layout for the event! Most customers buy tickets in groups but we always ask the customers if they want to sit with another person/other people who bought tickets separately; meaning you can group people very easily and create the perfect seating/table layout.

Can we have walk-ins on the night?Yes! At every show we will sell tickets to a maximum capacity determined by you; allowing for walk-ins. Usually Lounge venues need c. 5% capacity for walk-ins on the night.

What do you need on the night?Not much! We will bring everything for the show... so your team can focus on serving customers and selling food and drink. We do need a large c. 6ft table for the prizes to be displayed on; and a small area that will act as a "base" for Stacey with her PA speaker system and mixer. This is usually near the prizes table but doesn't strictly have to be!

What does the show cost my Lounge?Usually nothing! Costs are covered by ticket sales. This includes all the costs for live entertainment, stake for amazing prizes, and promotion costs. The only cost to you would be some nominal optional low-cost extra prizes that are usually given by the Lounge to make the show even more special. These usually include free drinks (x6) and free vouchers (x 4).
